This week has been a long one...
Well, of course it has no more hours than any other, but I suppose the aftermath of the Space Shuttle Columbia and the increased talk of War with Iraq and tensions in the Korea area, it seems to have wore on slowly.
Sunday, I wrote the Seven Stars poem, which has been posted on my site michaelwells.homestead.com
I have a decision to make with respect t my poem The Big Chill. I am considering forwarding it to poets against the war to be taken to the White House on February 12th. It was not written with this in mind. The question becomes, do I write another one or send this one. There is perhaps yet another one I write earlier this year that could be sent as well. I will contemplate this tonight.
This poem was a result of my perspective on the loss of the crew of the STS-107 Columbia on Saturday morning.
