Turning The Corner

I think this week may be the break I've been waiting for as far as my health. I am starting to feel normal enough that I hope to try getting on the treadmill this weekend. Don't want to push it, but I need to get back into the grove.

This month is not over yet and I believe I really can turn things around yet for my writing. I could make excuses, but who would I be kidding. I was back at the laptop last night working some, but mostly on a poem. Between now and the end of the month, I must inventory and evaluate all my writing projects and work on a time table to get them done.

Sniff -Sniff It seems like I have been under the weather forever! Several re-bounds with not much "RE" to them... but alas I may be coming around on better times.

I Finished reading Steven King's "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon"which is wonderfuly written. It is my first encounter with King's writing... I mean personally. I've never been driven to read one of his books. It was the baseball connection that hooked me on this one. Also finished Carolyn See's "Making a Literary Life - Advise for Writers and Other Dreamers" I am now a third of the way into Stephen King's book on Writing.

My own writing has been sparatic since the first of the year.... sadly I am off my pace.
